Diet and Children: The Adverse Effects
Marianna Nash

Any student at Bronx Science knows well the concern of diet. Studying reduces eating time, often forcing them to sneak packages of candy into the library. Eating such foods so irregularly causes a fault in their diets. Studies show how poor diets immoderate juvenile behavior and might lead to cancer. Scientists mainly investigate the harm of food additives. Food additives are popularly used in candy for artificial color and taste, including sugar, caffeine, and other chemicals that advance hyperactivity. Hyperactivity is the result of overstimulated adrenal glands. Adrenaline makes the heart pump faster, pushing more blood through the vessels, potentially causing shock. Its tamer symptoms are distractibility and impulsiveness. The behavioral illness that it causes is referred to as ADHD. According to the study, consumers of all ages can protect themselves by being careful about what they eat. They should try to follow the standard pyramid of food groups, as it will provide them with every kind of nutrition they need. Students should take breaks from their work at scheduled times so that they can maintain a regular diet.
